LABESPORT EUROPE SL is the owner of the website www.plusO2urban.com and, from now on, it will be referred to as “Labesport” for the purposes of this document.

You have the right to request:

• Access and rectification of your Personal Data. The client can consult and modify their personal data at any time by requesting it by means of an email addressed to info@labesport.com, attaching a generally accepted proof of identity such as the DNI or equivalent
• The deletion of your personal data, through the same channel via the previous email.
• Exercise your right of opposition to the treatments used for commercial prospecting purposes by mail addressed to info@labesport.com, attaching a generally accepted proof of identity such as the DNI or equivalent
• Exercise your right to portability, by mail addressed to info@labesport.com, attaching a generally accepted proof of identity such as the DNI or equivalent
• The revocation of your consent, by email addressed to info@labesport.com, attaching a generally accepted proof of identity such as the DNI or equivalent.

Keep in mind that the revocation of your consent, possible at any time, will not affect the legality of the processing operations carried out before the revocation of your consent, as well as the obligation to save your data for the intended legal purposes (tax, commercial and accounting obligations)

We will send you a response within one (1) month from the date we receive your request. In some cases, due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months for exceptional reasons.
